What printing services do you offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of printing services including business cards, marketing materials, signs & banners, labels & packaging, promotional items, and custom apparel. Our services include design consultation, file preparation, printing, and finishing.
Do you offer design services?
Yes! We provide free design consultations and file reviews for all orders. Our experienced design team can help create new designs from scratch, improve existing artwork, or ensure your files are print-ready. Design services are included with most orders.
What file formats do you accept?
We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PNG, JPG, and PSD files. For best results, we recommend vector files (AI, EPS) or high-resolution PDFs. Our design team can work with almost any file format and will optimize your files for printing.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship to all 50 states. We offer various shipping options including standard ground shipping, expedited shipping, and overnight delivery. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.

How do I place an order?
We offer a comprehensive range of printing services including business cards, marketing materials, signs & banners, labels & packaging, promotional items, and custom apparel. Our services include design consultation, file preparation, printing, and finishing.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantities vary by product: Business cards (25), Marketing materials (50), Signs & banners (1), Labels (100), Promotional items (25), and Apparel (12). We offer competitive pricing for all quantity levels.
Do you offer bulk pricing discounts?
Yes! We offer significant discounts for larger quantities. The more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. Contact us for volume pricing on orders over 1,000 pieces.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and checks. For large orders or established business customers, we also offer net 30 payment terms upon approval.
Production & Turnaround
What are your standard turnaround times?
Our standard turnaround time for all products is 3–5 business days. Rush orders are available for faster delivery.
Do you offer rush orders?
Yes, we offer rush production for most products. Rush orders can often be completed in 24-48 hours for an additional fee. Contact us to check availability for your specific product and timeline.
How will I know when my order is ready?
You’ll receive email notifications at key stages: order confirmation, proof approval, production start, and completion. For shipped orders, you’ll receive tracking information. Local pickup customers will be notified when orders are ready.
Do you provide proofs before printing?
No, we do not provide proofs before printing.
Quality & Materials
What is your quality guarantee?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with all our products. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right through reprints, refunds, or other solutions. Quality is our top priority.
What paper stocks and materials do you use?
We use only premium paper stocks and materials from trusted suppliers. Options include various cardstocks (14pt-32pt), recycled papers, synthetic materials, and specialty finishes like UV coating, foil stamping, and embossing.
Do you offer eco-friendly printing options?
No, we do not offer eco-friendly printing options.
How do you ensure color accuracy?
We use calibrated monitors, professional printing equipment, and color management systems to ensure accurate color reproduction. We also provide color proofs when requested and can match specific Pantone colors for brand consistency.
Shipping & Delivery
What shipping options are available?
We ship via UPS or FedEx and offer local delivery options. Please note that pickup options are not available.
How much does shipping cost?
All our prices include free shipping, so there are no additional shipping charges.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we ship within the United States only. For international orders, please contact us to discuss special arrangements and shipping options through our international partners.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, all shipped orders include tracking information. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your order ships, allowing you to monitor progress and estimate delivery time.

What decoration methods do you offer for apparel?
We offer screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl, and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing. Each method has different advantages depending on your design, quantity, and budget requirements.
Do you provide size charts and samples?
Yes, we provide detailed size charts for all apparel items and can provide blank samples upon request. This helps ensure proper fit and fabric feel before placing your full order.
What brands of apparel do you carry?
We carry popular brands including Gildan, Hanes, Bella + Canvas, Next Level, Port Authority, and many others. We can help you choose the best brand and style for your specific needs and budget.
Can you match our exact brand colors on apparel?
Yes, we can match Pantone colors for embroidery and screen printing. For DTG printing, we can achieve very close color matches. We recommend providing specific color codes (Pantone, CMYK, or RGB) for best results.
