Service Availability: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.
Orders and Payment Terms
- Contain inappropriate, illegal, or offensive content

- Cannot be completed due to technical limitations
- Are suspected of fraudulent activity
Pricing and Payment
- All prices are subject to change without notice
- Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
- Payment is required before production begins (unless net terms are approved)
- Accepted payment methods: credit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and checks
- Sales tax applies where required by law
- Additional charges may apply for rush orders or special requests
Order Changes and Cancellations
Changes to approved orders may result in additional charges and extended delivery times. Orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

- Obtain necessary permissions for copyrighted materials

- Notify us of any corrections before approving production

Customers must provide accurate contact information, shipping addresses, and order specifications. EcolorPrinting is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from inaccurate information.
Production and Delivery
Production Times
- Production begins after proof approval and payment confirmation
- Turnaround times are estimates, not guarantees
- Rush orders may be available for additional fees
- Delays may occur due to file issues, equipment problems, or unforeseen circumstances
Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping costs are additional unless specifically included
- Risk of loss passes to customer upon shipment
- Delivery times are estimates provided by shipping carriers
- Customer is responsible for additional charges for incorrect addresses
Inspection and Claims
Customers must inspect orders immediately upon receipt and report any defects, damage, or discrepancies within 5 business days of delivery.
Quality Standards and Warranty
EcolorPrinting is committed to producing high-quality printed materials. We maintain industry-standard quality control processes and use professional-grade equipment and materials.
Limited Warranty

- Delivered in merchantable condition
Color Variations
Due to the nature of printing processes, slight color variations may occur. We cannot guarantee exact color matching without approved color proofs. Monitor colors may differ from printed results.
Remedies
Our sole remedy for defective products is to reprint or refund the defective portion of the order. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.
Intellectual Property Rights
Customer Content
Customers retain ownership of their original artwork and content. By submitting materials for printing, customers grant EcolorPrinting a license to reproduce, modify, and create derivative works solely for the purpose of completing orders.
Copyright Compliance
Customers represent and warrant that they own or have proper licenses for all materials submitted for printing. EcolorPrinting reserves the right to refuse orders that may infringe on intellectual property rights.
EcolorPrinting Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by EcolorPrinting and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Limitation of Liability

File Retention
We retain customer files for up to 2 years after the last order for reprint purposes. Files may be deleted without notice after this period.

We treat customer information and projects as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties except as necessary to complete orders or as required by law.
